Can I buy the products shown here?
Not yet. This is a design preview with concept products, sample prices and generated packaging. You can explore product pages and the shopping bag, but orders are disabled.
Where can I find the full ingredient lists?
The final ingredient lists will appear on each product page once the formulas are approved. The Ingredient Library offers general educational context in the meantime.
Are the products dermatologist tested or certified?
No testing, certification or cruelty-free claim has been verified for this concept storefront. Supporting information must be supplied before any such claim is displayed.
Are these the final product images?
The current images are original concept artwork. Final packaging, sizes and photography will replace them before launch.

Can I combine several AlphaDerm products?
The final compatibility guidance is not available yet. Do not use this concept preview as directions for applying or combining skincare products.

When will the store open?
A launch date has not been confirmed. The concept store will remain unable to accept orders until the catalog and operating details are approved.
How much will shipping cost?
Shipping destinations, rates, processing times and any free-shipping threshold are still to be confirmed. Final rates will be presented before checkout.
What is the return policy?
The final return window, eligibility requirements and return process are awaiting client approval. We will publish the policy before accepting orders.
How can I track an order?
Once ordering is available, customers will be able to use the tracking page with their order number and billing email address.
